Youth

Eligibility

Florida students age 3 through grade 12 or age 22, whichever comes first, may qualify when they have an eligible diagnosis or disability under current state rules. Applying, being found eligible, receiving an award, and receiving funded dollars are separate steps.

How to start

Review the official eligibility checklist, create or sign in to the EMA account, and upload the requested proof of age, qualifying diagnosis or disability, and Florida residency. Submit the application, monitor its status, and confirm current deadlines and approved uses before purchasing services.
