Eligibility

Monroe County residents seeking mental-health, substance-use, recovery, crisis, youth, or related behavioral-health services. Clinical staff determine the appropriate program and level of care.

How to start

Call 305-434-7660. Choose option 1 for crisis stabilization or detoxification, option 8 for another behavioral-health crisis, or ask admissions for the correct outpatient program. No referral is required to call for an appointment. Call 911 for immediate danger.

Hours & availability

The adult Crisis Stabilization Unit and detoxification pathway are available through option 1; behavioral-health crisis support uses option 8. Call for current outpatient and transportation hours.
